Your first profile photo, weekly schedule, and reviews are all free. There's no subscription or commission.
Yes. Core access is free for every food truck operator on the Treasure Coast. You can create your profile, post your weekly schedule, add photos, collect reviews, and manage a catering profile at no cost.
Optional paid features exist for operators who want extra visibility or add-on listing slots, but nothing is required to get started or to stay on the platform.
Log in to your operator dashboard and go to the Schedule section. You can add locations for each day of the week โ including the location name, address detail, and time window. Your schedule automatically appears on the Truck Locations page for customers to browse.
Update it as often as you like. Changes go live immediately.
Businesses and event organizers post gigs on the Deal Board โ corporate lunches, brewery events, private parties, festivals, and more. When you see a deal that fits, you can express interest directly through the platform.
The company that posted the gig gets notified immediately and can reach out to you to book. Your profile visibility, reviews, and schedule all help companies decide whether to book you.
In your operator dashboard, there's a Catering section where you can fill out your cuisine types, menu highlights, pricing tiers, minimum/maximum headcount, service area, and availability notes. Customers and businesses who want to hire you for private events can review this information and reach out directly through the platform.
Yes. In your dashboard you can upload a profile photo and add gallery images that show off your truck, your food, and your setup. Customers browse photos alongside schedules and reviews when deciding which trucks to follow.
The verified badge is granted by the TruckMeet admin team after reviewing an operator's credentials. It signals that the truck has been reviewed and is a legitimate local business. You can request verification by reaching out to truckmeet@polsia.app with details about your operation.
Check the Host Locations section in your dashboard. Local breweries, bars, restaurants, and event venues can list spots where food trucks are welcome to set up. Browse available locations, see the compensation model (flat fee, revenue share, etc.), and express interest directly through the platform.
If you're looking for a homebase spot โ a regular place to park and operate โ check the Homebase Requests board where businesses that want to host trucks post their interest.
Go to the Truck Locations page โ it shows a map and list of where each truck will be this week. You can search by day of the week or browse all trucks to find your favorite and see their current schedule.
If a truck's schedule isn't showing up, it means they haven't posted one yet this week. Check back โ operators update regularly.
Yes. Visit Browse All Trucks โ you can filter by cuisine type (Mexican, BBQ, Asian, etc.) and by city (Fort Pierce, Stuart, Vero Beach, Port St. Lucie, etc.). Use the city filter to find trucks near you.
Visit a truck's profile page and look for the Reviews section. You'll need to provide your name, email, a 1-5 star rating, and a short written review (up to 250 characters). Your review helps other customers discover great trucks on the Treasure Coast.
Yes. There is no cost to browse trucks, view schedules, read reviews, or explore the Deal Board. TruckMeet is free for everyone โ operators never pay to participate, and customers never pay to use the platform.
Create a free company account at /company-register.html. Once logged in, go to My Deals and click Post a Gig. Fill in the event details โ company name, event type, date, location, expected headcount, budget range, and contact email. Your listing goes live and operators on the network will be able to express interest.
Basic listing on the Deal Board is free. You can post gigs, receive interest from trucks, and manage your deal pipeline at no cost. Optional premium features include promoted visibility and featured listings for companies that want extra reach.
Browse the truck directory and look for the Catering badge on trucks that offer private catering. Visit their profile to see their menu highlights, pricing tiers, service area, and headcount range. Contact them directly through the information on their profile or via the inquiry form.

List your spot with the weekly schedule pattern, compensation model (flat fee, revenue share, or hybrid), and any amenities you offer. Operators who fit your vibe will reach out.
If you have a commercial property, parking lot, or event space where a food truck could operate regularly, post a homebase request. Truck operators searching for a consistent spot can browse these listings and reach out directly.
After working with an operator, log in to your company dashboard and go to the Reviews section. You can rate them on overall experience, payment reliability, foot traffic, space setup, and communication. Your review helps other companies make better hiring decisions.
All kinds โ corporate lunches, brewery tap takeovers, private parties, farmers markets, wedding catering, festival spots, and more. Companies post the event type, date, location, expected headcount, and budget range. Operators browse and express interest if it fits.
On each deal listing, there's an I'm Interested button. Clicking it sends a notification to the company that posted the gig. They review operators based on their profile, photos, reviews, and schedule โ then reach out directly to finalize details. TruckMeet doesn't handle booking or payment; that's between the operator and company.
Yes โ featured listings get highlighted at the top of the Deal Board for 7 days. Contact truckmeet@polsia.app or look for promoted visibility options in your company dashboard.
Go to the Food Truck Login or Business Login page and click Forgot Password. Enter your email and you'll receive a reset link. If you don't see it, check your spam folder.
